Skyland
Overview
Skyland Istanbul is a large mixed-use high-rise development situated in the Seyrantepe district of Sarıyer in Istanbul, Turkey. The project is made up of three main towers: an office tower rising 284 meters with 65 floors, a residential tower of similar height with 64 floors, and a hotel tower standing 155 meters tall with 28 floors. It was designed by the British architecture firm Broadway Malyan and developed by Eroğlu Holding, reaching completion in 2019. The buildings feature a modern glass exterior enhanced with vertical aluminum elements that help reduce sunlight exposure. To improve safety against earthquakes—an important factor in Istanbul—the structures use a diagrid system, which strengthens overall stability. In addition, the development includes around 45,000 square meters of landscaped green areas, with several sky gardens integrated into the towers. The residential tower offers 830 upscale apartments, ranging from one-bedroom to five-bedroom units. The office tower contains 504 office spaces spread across its 65 floors, with each floor averaging about 1,500 square meters. The hotel tower provides 300 rooms along with a conference facility that can host up to 550 people. Residents and visitors have access to shared amenities such as gyms, swimming pools, and retail areas located within the lower six levels of the complex.
